Well typical, i got myself in debt last year and had to pay for it myself, had to pay myself for moving to this new apartment couple of years back etc. Basically, i have to pay for everything myself..
My younger sister, she got a child because her bf was about to leave her (and actually did), so she was alone with child having an apartment in the same flat as me.
My mom payed EVERYTHING for her, my aunt and uncle as well payed for ~€1500,- for overpriced crap that the baby "needs".
Then couple of months later she was complaining that the apartment wasn't good enough for her (this was her very first apartment, which is the same size as mine currently is), that she wanted a house.
While i had to start out in a room of 2 by 4 meters, having to pay €350,- rent and shared bathroom/toilet/kitchen etc.. living among alcoholics and drugs addicts..
After a small year, i finally got something better, not super but it was at least better then what i had at that moment.
And then after 4 years, i finally moved to what i currently have.
Yet for her, even as first apartment, this wasn't good enough...
So my mom payed for her moving to a proper house, with my fucking money.
(i get ~€35.000,- each year to buy in help from the gov, that can ONLY be spend on that.)
My mom managed to get someone to write her fake bills so she could steal some of that money to use it for bullshit like that..
So my mom payed up around €4000,- to pay for the moving and to pay for inside the house everything.
Same thing happened with my grandfather, after he left to live in Poland with his wife, he came back after a few months, saying he couldn't live there anymore with those people.
Having only a few suitcases and €800,- with him..
So my mom helped him with money that belonged to me, helping him get an apartment and furniture etc... Roughly spending €3000,- (if it's not more)..
Then my sister gets into debts ~€1000,- same time as i do.
I cough up my extra money i got this year and used it all to pay off my debts.
While my sister goes and get's her drivers licence for the 5th try from that money, and actually succeeds this time.
So today i heard that my mom bought her a car of ~€1000,-...
While when i asked to BORROW €20,- a couple of days ago, so i could come by this week, she had no money...
This is basically in a nutshell what my family does and how they act, my little sisters always get everything spoonfed, while i'm sitting here on the brink of insanity, with barely any money..
Oh and may i add that my sister took advantage of her pregnancy and used it to quit working and take money from the gov.. for 3 years already...
She's getting in total (everything combined, including child support money from her ex), €1800,- per month...
I'm really fucking pissed off and i'm seriously thinking of ratting them both out.
Altho that would mean that my mom would get into really serious trouble.. might even have to go to jail..
What would you guys do in this situation?

Your mother is approved by the state to take care of your finances(in regard to those 35k you get)? Ask for the state to provide a caretaker appointed by them that isnt your family. Should be possible, shouldnt it? Tell your mother not to oppose or you will tell.
8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)!

Yeah that part is already going to be transferred soon (at least that was the plan), altho she actually is saying that next year she will use it to get money for my education.
Donno if she will follow up on it, and i have my serious doubts she will if one of my sisters gets into financial troubles again, but i think it's a risk i have to take. Because the gov ain't gonna pay for it and this is, for now, my only way of ever getting those certificates i need to get back to work..

Uh... right.
According to their track record I really can't see any other outcome that doesn't involve you and your money both getting fucked over again.

Well technically it's not my money. It's money the gov gives me to get people to help me with all sorts of things, i need to pay them with that money.
But since the gov fucked me over countless times when i asked for help towards proper work, i'm justified (IMO) to fuck them over with this money to get the education i need.
The only way to get that money, is to use someone that writes fake bills.
If i change to a company that controls that money and take care of the bills of the people under my employment, then that option will be gone, forever..
Now a company doesn't mean that they won't fuck me over. I have had a company taking care of that money before, and they screwed me (and countless others) over... really fucking hard..
Even tho i could proof that i didn't see a single cent of that money and that they had direct control over it, the gov is still demanding a few thousands from me that that company screwed me with..
Even tho the bosses from the company have been found guilty recently and had to pay a sum of €750.000,- they STILL want the victims to pay up the remainder that's still missing..
So that's another problem for me, i don't know who i can trust anymore..
I can't take care of THAT much money myself, i know that i have too big of an urge to go spend it. Doing that would get me into really deep shit..
These kind of situations make me fucking depressed again, typical, right when everything was going smoothly and i finally managed to get out of debts, i get this shit again...

Just talk to you mom, tell how you feel about all this and try to be nice and appeal to her sentimental side (i.e. don't lash out at her); even though I wouldn't blame you I you did, but there's a reason for "you catch more flies with honey than vinegar".
Now I don't know you or your mother and the type of relationship you have as a family, so if talking isn't a good idea, only you can know that.
It's pretty hard to make a impartial opinion based on one side of the argument. Maybe she had good reasons for doing what she did...? Maybe I'm remembering this wrong but wasn't she a single mother case as well? If so, maybe she can relate to you sister's "single mother" situation? At least from her point of view.
Your sister isn't in a good spot either, especially for the long term. Social assistance stops after a while, and kids grow up and need more expensive things not to mention proper parenting -- witch requires maturity, with by the sounds of it, your sister is anything but that. So if she doesn't get her life together she might find herself in a tough spot later on.
So you might look at this as a case of empathy/pity and rejoice knowing that things like that don't last too long, especially if that person, after all the help she got, is still reluctant to help herself.

So basically, no one in your family has a job currently and everyone just try to fuck each other over? I'm sorry, but it doesn't sound like the kind of people one could talk with reasonably. Even if you'll convince her now, she'll keep taking advantage of you.

That's not going to work, i have tried that, even threatened her about snitching, but she's too stubborn and lives in a fantasy world.
She ain't alone in the home, my step dad is there and he earns enough for the family.
My 2 other sisters live at home still and they have to pay up monthly as well for livingcosts.
Plus she even pulls money from the gov for her "handicap", so there is more then enough money going around..

With exception of nobody having work, he's right on every bit.
She fucks me over nonstop when it comes to money, the earliest being when i was 8 and had my communion. She took the money my family gave me and used it for herself.
When i was 15 and had a summer job, i was obligated to give it ALL to her, only seen like 10% of it back..

I have helped them more then enough, i'm the poorest family member there is, so why should i help them financially. THEY are the ones living above their financial capability, not me..

Yeah it's what they call PGB here, i get this to buy myself help, people who help me with cleaning my apartment, helping me socialize, helping me do groceries etc..
This is loose from what i get monthly, and is not to be used for other stuff then getting help.

Heh i did, i barely lived at home anyway. When i was 7 i was forced to get out of the house and only came back when i was 15 or so. With 18 i moved to my own place.
But i can't get rid of them, their fingers are everywhere, just stirring things up for their own good..
I have had seriously thoughts about murdering them all, and for me even tho have such thoughts, is a fucking shame..
But it's so temping, punishment here in the NL for murder is laughable and worth it tbh..
After 20 years, i would love to have some peace and quiet in my life for once...

I have an online friend who is kinda in the same situation or was. A government helper is now taking care of his money, not his family. He left his home early too. I hope you get what you want! but murdering them or ratting them out isn't the right thing to do I think :/

As soon as you can. If you were really spending some time thinking about murdering someone ( ) you might as well spend it trying to get around this. Try to find a lawyer or someone who knows the law to help you out with that.

Well that's the problem, even government companies here are screwing up, leaving people sometimes in greater debt then they started with. Then when shit hits the fan, they declare their business as "broke" and they get a clean slate, and then can start over again under a different name..
Gotta love Dutch law sometimes...

You can take charge of your own PGB afaik, your mother is not needed. You're supposed to use that money to provide healthcare for yourself. Why is your mother in the mix? Didn't some private instancy already take care of your finances?

seems like your best bet is to man up and start managing the money yourself. Set some limits in the bank or w/e so you cant withdraw and spend too much money at once. Say sayonara to your family and leave them to rot. With this limited information they seem scum.
