First Flatout was great. Yeah, they didn't exactly build in multiplayer in it, but if you knew how to run it it was great fun with your friends.

Hope this game is going to be even better than the first one. At least it cant suck as much NFS MW and U does with its low res textures and cheating AI and ... etc.
At least you can smash your opponents to the wall and c them fly in this game 
Is it me or does NFS MW looks only good on screenshots and in game with maxed out graphic’s it sucks or feels weird. At least Flatout 1 had some pleasant graphics and non cheater AI.

You needed Flatoutnet or smt program like that to play the MP over the internet. Or you could just play over LAN with your friends. The MP was fun with loads of players.
And dont compare this brilliant and good game with crapday (aka crachday). This game is better in every aspect.
I only hope this one is even better than the first one and the MP is fun and doesn’t have bugs in it.
I might even buy this game if its better than the first one.
At least its not over hipped crap like nfs these days (olds nfs rocked the new one are just ... crap in some way). |

flatout1 was the best arcade racer PC got for many years (and dont mention that NFS crap).
sure it wasnt polished, MP was missing, but the core fun was there, and the modding community is active.
btw flatout2 is rumored to be gold already. so we might see it soon!
the only problem that worries me is how they implemented the Multiplayer. i hope its not through gayspy servers...

Release here in Germany 29.06 (german Version), english Version available on the 30.6
German Version is rated for 12 +
English Version is rated for 18 +
So i guess the german version will be cut . Flat Out 1 was cut too.
