it is just a part of the movie...
u need to have blabla part 1-19 and 21-94 and then it will work.

The file you meantioned above is part of that rar set, so if you managed to un'rar it without any errors occuring, adding that file to the mix probably wont help matters. It seems to me (from how you have described it) that the files you downloaded are fine, its either the image inside the rar's thats crap. Or your burning method.
I suggest you try mounting the image in deamon tools, to test that it's ok. If not you should download a different release and try that.
