So I go to the gym today, all happy since I was without it for a week  And since it's relatively near, I go with my bike, and since my sister has an apartment near the gym, I leave my bike in her 'lobby'.
Recently her retarded neighbor took a picture of my bike and marks on the wall that my bike supposedly made (I may nicked it a few times, but I'm not an idiot), and my sister got pissed because that retarded neighbor just left pictures in her mailbox and on the message board of the building, and there was yelling involved and stuff.
My sister painted the wall, removed all the marks our bikes (she leaves her bike there too) might have caused, and we left on a vacation.
Today I leave my bike, go to the gym, come back and find that my tires are flat! What the fucking fuck?!
I was pissed. Plus, one of her neighbors grand kids messed the wall again, since the marks are too low for my bike to have caused them, and I really watched carefully not to dirty the wall.
So far I don't think they punctured them, only deflated, but still.
What kind of a fucking idiot must you be to do that? I mean, if my bike bothered them (and it wasn't in the fucking way of anything!) they could have said that, and I would put it in front of my sisters apartment (on the top floor), or in the apartment. But doing this!
I really hope they aren't punctured since Bontrager tires are expensive -.-"

id of always put the bike outside the door of where my family member was, its a sign that the item belongs somewhere close not on a different floor 
Or for sure because its a bike, it would of been inside the apartment if i was leaving for any length of time 
I dunno what else to say.... this is not back in the 80's where you could leave ur doors open etc and walk into peoples homes and shout "put the kettle on"..
From the first incident with the shouting and upset probably to the sister, I'd of thought a smart person like you would of put it everytime inside from that day on

Well I didn't think they'd react in this way. I guess I thought that if it really bothers them they would say, but as you said, with their retarded behavior it's no surprise.

I'm trying to get Scandinavians more aware to report stuff since they are too 'lagom' about it 
And don't give me an excuse of nothing will happen. At least there is an official report. Otherwise the politicians keep on thinking police has no work at all

Luckily they were only deflated. Now I'll put it either in front of sisters apartment, or in it.
@Invasor yes, probably, but I don't pity them. I've realized that as I grow older I am starting to lack sympathy for the people who don't deserve it.

Some people are just born with the innate ability to be dickheads, there isn't much to do sadly.
Try to completely avoid him and everything related to him (+1 for putting the bike in another place) and see what happens. If he stops annoying you, good, otherwise..I say it's time to put those trained muscles to good use

Well I have my suspicions. The guy on the first floor seemed like the guy who doesn't give a fuck, but he was commenting why am I not going with my bike (I was going to the gym), to which I said: "Because of safety", referencing that in that neighborhood they will steal it, since I don't have a safe place to put it. And his grand kids messed up a wall my sister fixed.
Plus his wife is a 'tarrot master' since she's always on the phone, and speaking nonsense how she's shuffling decks and stuff xD (and the idiots call her, like all day! Stupid ppl -.-")
On the second floor there are these fucking weirdo fucks, who took a picture of my bike and put it in the lobby the first time. When my sister first moved in (didn't even put all the furniture), she had a small get together, it was 11pm, and we really weren't loud, didn't even had music playing, we were just talking, and this bitch comes up and says she can't sleep and that we need to be quiet -.-"
And they are just fucking weird in general. The guy was with his kid in front of the building, his kid was driving his bike, and he took videos of surroundings with his mobile phone. In the dark. Of the buildings and cars. And that was fucking creepy :S Since my sister has a nice big terrace she saw that and was freaked out.
Plus they are generally weird. They never have ppl over, they don't smile. Just weird ppls :\
So I think that they teamed up, since my sister and her fiancee got the best apartment - big terrace, plus they re-did the layout of the flat, and now it looks awesome. Also they must have seen all the nice furniture, and the big ass TV they bought, so I think it's just envy.

This "team-up" thing is the reason I'll avoid this kind of rental for apartments (several tenants in one house) in the future. Once you are the "bad person" everyone will blame you for everything, but it's all fine as long as you are good with the landlord. I got blamed for littering the staircase, playing loud music and not cleaning my part of the staircase. If you can prove them wrong, they'll just find other things. Thank god it was a temporary and cheap place, that's why I didn't care that much. Oh, at least they are not even smiling, so you know they are weird. Some people smile at you and talk behind your back, leave unsigned "warnings" in your mailbox etc. No balls to talk directly with you in person.
