Would any of you be interested in a front end web dev job based in the UK west midlands?
The role would be around helping design and writing markup for web sites, and is offering £26k-28k a year. Haven't had a lot of success, so thought I'd see if any of you humpers were interested.
Out of curiosity, is that the going rate for a front end designer/developer in the UK?
It depends a lot on the level of experience and responsibilities. You can find quite a few £30k front end jobs outside London, though they tend to require a lot of experience.
28.000£ a year is not a good salary for a developer. I live in sweden and I earn more than twice that amount as a system developer. If you want a good salary -> Move to sweden
And if you are good at what you do. I could even hook you up with a job/employment here in Stockholm We are always looking for new talent!
