Outrage and tears of fucking anger, some germans who managed an helping organization got assaulted in their home by a squad of police and army men guided by generals, one killed and other hurt, abused and tortured.
They got charged with possession of illegal arms last year. This happened last year, and they have been jailed since.
Now everything blew up, it was a plot to steal 60 million pesos the organization had to help the community (41 pesos = 1 dollar), the illegal weapons? airsoft guns, hunting crossbows and personal 9mm guns.
3 generals involved, several men are being investigated.

agitated at the start of that cam i see, but he picked up something out the back of the vehicle probably a weapon by looks of it, not sure ill get through 17mins of this footage
watched more, yep those germans grabbed more weapons and were waving them around, hence why they were then trained on by them.. nothing worse than upset people waving a gun about

Wish i was american at least.... Nah im dominican sadly. They moved here because its nice to live here, lots of tourism and shit, sadly its unsafe. Hence why they all had weapons, legal ones.
That video isnt complete, i saw another one from the beginning.
At first, the german guys arrived in the ATV and the jeep and they IMMEDIATELY got pointed with guns, so he started yelling "Whats happening, this is a private property" and the police kept pointing at them then one of them grabed his shotgun. Who the fuck wouldnt, in this country thieves have military clothes, so of course he was gonna grab it, but he never aimed the shotgun.
Then they started talking "wheres the DA, wheres the raid autorization, this is illegal without it, private property" the DA wasnt present, they didnt have any papers, they just started pointing guns and trying to disarm them. Just like thieves do when they make fake raids.
Then it starts getting messy, no papers so they want the police to back off, they get pushed around, hit, shots are fired, they fight for the shotgun, then one of them has an insulin atack and gets his spray kicked away, he starts yelling for medic gets stomped on his head.
In the end, the DA arrived, they had autorization to raid 6 houses, they raided ALL the houses (more than 10), stole everything they saw, didnt raid 2 of the autorized houses.
Then the credit cards stolen were used, police involved were caught using large sums of money, and then some police man started confirming, 2 safe boxes were stolen from the germans house, 1.5 million dollars. AAAAND all the guns and weapons were never found again.
Theres a problem in this country, I have military clothes to play airsoft, everyone can get active military clothes, so in this country if the police apears in front of you, its either the real police or thieves dressed like police completely armed to the teeth with bulletproof jackets who are gonna rob u. So i perfectly understand how they acted, without a DA you can know if its real or not.

no what I was saying is that I have only seen that cam vid and it looked like a normal shake down with those large german guys waving weapons around.... I didnt see any killing, any punching/abuse just rounding up and not once was there any brutality in that vid.. that is all I was saying.

the ones running around and waving the most with hands everywhere were the non uniformed people ... gee.. watch it again.
the non uniformed ones were all over the place to right to left back forth etc and the uniformed guys were following and bringing them back or trying to keep them all where the vehicles were, finaly they had to restrain some I think behind one vehicle on floor. but it looks like it was the two large guys that were all over the place and in the face of the uniformed guys..

There were several other security cameras. The police destroyed all of them, but they didn't know that the footage was uploaded already.
look I dont mean to be an ass here but if this was a ufo is true cam vid shows all etc and then you got three good recordings one shakey old cam one and then they go big storm destroyed the good ones but the old one was left its all we got as proof now.... type of thing..

If there is footage of the brutality and pure dissregard for law then its different I just dont see it in that vid that is available.
Thing is that the complete video shows how they arrived calmly and got pointed at in their home, remember, here uniforms =/= cops, anyone can have guns and uniforms, so when they arrive they dont know if its real and more so when they start asking for orders or papers which they dont have.
Brutality was recorded, at one part when the guy is yelling medic one of the cops goes to him and says "shut the fuck up faggot motherfucker" and he is seen doing a sudden movement, he kicked him in the head against the floor.
Sadly its a fucking mess and the whole deal of the looting, the DA being absent, no papers shown, non autorized houses raided, stolen credit cards used by the cops in shopping and 2 strong boxes with 1.5 million dollars missing has given the german's words all the rights to be taken as truth.
I do understand your point moose, but i wish you knew spanish to hear what the cops actually said there, all i said was taken as true in the ongoing trials by people who did analize everything available. Theres no twist here. Just a sad true story of corruption within the cops planing a bust to raid a house that had 1.5 million dollars.
Edit: Also the guy who was killed lived in a house that wasnt authorized for the raid, seems like he was seeing what happened and he put on a vest and got his gun and he went with his wife to a garage that was in the back of the land. He hid there, i can bet he thought it was a robbery with fake cops, so he seems to have defended himself and got shot and killed. Now that is being taken into account because the cops went to an area that wasnt autorized and made a shootout with the guy and according to proof, they didnt find any bullets fired from his gun.
Also an Haitian who was a gardener got shot 3 times in the legs, a video shows the cops entering the house, pushing him out to the garden and one of them just suddenly said "shot him in the legs, POOM, again, POOM, another one."
Im sick of it and i hope they all fucking rot in jail.
