Technicolour Rain is a top-down shooter where you're given the ability to possess and control your enemies. Using "copies", you're able to perform a variety of skills including creating distractions and killing enemies within a certain radius. The game is also open for modding - you can create your own sprites, tiles and more in order to use them in your own custom maps.
You follow the story of an addict who turns to a specialised drugs program for "Rhyphorm". The drug attempts to increase brain activity but instead causes supernatural side effects. The man develops a second personality and gains the ability to create copies of himself that he can use to take control of other people. Now, he's on the run, looking for the people responsible for creating the drug.
