My list, more or less ordered from best to "worst".
1. Deus Ex: Human Revolution
2. Batman: Arkham City
3. Dishonored
4. Civilization V (now that it's "complete"with all the expansions)
5. The Witcher 2
6. Sleeping Dogs
7. Portal 2
8. BioShock Infinite
9. The Walking Dead
10. Dark Souls
Special mention to titles like: Borderlands 2, Max Payne 3, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.
Post whatever games you think were the best, indie, AAA, whatever they are (PC only please). And of course, you can include games from the current year, e.g. Aliens Colonial Marines, etc. Please don't mention every single game you played in the last 3 years, just the absolute best 
Btw, just as a curious fact I want to mention that from my list only Deus Ex: HR is in my top 10 games ever.
If you feel this thread is offensive to your religion or personal beliefs, please let me know. Or if you think there's already a thread for this just point me to it

Decided to separate them into two lists because I like them for very different reasons:
Story/Setting:
1. The Last of Us
2. Bioshock Infinite
3. The Walking Dead
4. Mass Effect 3
Gameplay:
1. Skyrim
2. Fallout: New Vegas
3. Deus Ex: Human Revolution
4. Civilization 5
5. Minecraft
6. Divinity II: DKS

In no real order:
- Skyrim
- Farcry 3
- Star Conflict
- The Showdown Effect
- Deus Ex Human Revolution
- XCom Enemy Unknown
- Diablo 3 (In sense that it made me more money for a few months than I have ever made before, gameplay wise it was utter shit)
- Cookie Clicker
Skyrim and Far Cry 3 got pretty boring later on, rather repetitive both of them, but they were fun until that point.
Star Conflict had the potential to be THE next space combat game before they started ruining it on patch 0.7.4 and onwards, I have never before put 250 hours into a single game in 2 weeks time.
I guess it is hard to think of 10 games when most new games are utter shit anyway :l

Have you tried War of the Roses? It is nearly exactly like Chivalry except much better in pretty much every aspect.
It was in last humble bundle if you bought it.

I tried it before I played Chivalry and I'm actually one of the few who doesn't think it deserves so much hate. The game is fine, but it had the misfortune to be launched at the same time with Chivalry, which sorry, but it's a better game in pretty much every way (even though it's getting kind of fucked up lately with the patches... or maybe I just played enough of it). Actually, they're kind of different so I wouldn't even choose one over the other. Now War of the Vikings is something else, even in alpha...

I tried the Alpha and I thought I was playing War of the Roses all over again Oo
But seriously, what does Chivalry have these days over War of the Roses? Roses seems to have much more customization.
Last time I played Chivalry you basicly had very little customization in terms of weapons, armor etc and the game was poorly optimized or something as I had dips below 60 fps in it aswell :l

Well, maybe I don't care as much about the customization as I care about the actual gameplay, which is on a whole different level compared to WotR. They did add some customization and more will come apparently, but for me it's kind of enough. The performance is kind of the same in both for me, both having some problems, but in my case I think it's my old CPU.
