As I still have a stone age Mid/Late 2007 MacBook Pro the moment I moved from Mac OS X 10.6 I always do a fresh clone before every system update. Today I forgot to do that and Mac OS X 10.8.5 fucked mine MacBookPro3,1 model. Freezes in about 10-15 seconds after boot Sad Googled and there are other folks with the same problem Sad

At 04:00 instead of sleeping slowly restoring over network from Time Capsule backup while watching The Wire
