I'm looking how to convert online my 5gb video files I have. I need to go down from fullhd to hd. This site works most of the time, but only for smaller files.

Doing this on my computer impacts performance, takes space and takes too long. Obvious.

So uploading 5GB, waiting for server to convert and download will take less time? And space - you don't have extra 1-3GB spare?
You could theoretically use YouTube to upload there and then download the 720p file.

Yeah, less time, because they have dedicated computers. And usualy I dont have extra space. Its always 2gigs left. I dont want to use youtube, because they have drm and its just a sucky method. The most important thing is converting so many videos would render my pc useless during the conversion.

Sounds like your first order of business should be buying more hard drives.

I have 3 2tb drives, but I gave up on buying them. I'll wait for crystal storage.
