i have norton ghost 9.0 to back up my OS partition incase i want to restore it later instead of reformating,, when i try to do that, i get this message



i just installed windows xp with SP2 on SEAGATE 200GB 7200, 8mb.. using a64 3000+, 768MB ram

i'm trying to back up the OS partition to my storage partition .. both partitions are in NTFS... does any1 know what's the problem?

edit: nvm,, found out how to fix this, by restarting windows..
backing the drive up now..
