WHY DOES EVERY WITNESS KEEP LYING? I DON*T UNDERSTAND IT. AND THE JUDGE LET THEM CORRECT LIES THEY GOT CAUGHT ON OVER AND OVER. How fucking dumb can this game be at times? That said, it's very entertainingm just some majorly rage inducing dumb stuff that should have been put more thought in,

its part of the charm, the games have some very silly things, if you removed all of them they would be to dry.

This really is a first for me. A puzzle game where you need to shut of your brain. In the 4th case, Maya's mother was called a fraud for being "wrong" about who shot Edgeworth's father. She certainly was wrong, but that wasn't uncovered then. The killer got out of because of his state of mind being oxygen deprived and all, so he wasn't held accountable for the murder of Edeworth's father. They concuded he was the murdered, but let him go anyway. So why was she a fraud? Laughing

Irks me when i notice stuff like this, yet i can't stop playing!

yea at times the game's logic gets retarde, sometimes to prove something you have item A that is directly related to what you want to say and item B that is barely remotely related, and yet the game wants you to use item B even though it makes less sense. Laughing

either way these games really pull you in and are difficult to drop, also the english localization is top notch, they really put alot of effort into making sure nothing gets lost in the translation and considered any small puns and jokes that otherwise wouldnt make sense if directly translated from japanese.

imo the 2nd game is the weakest, but still fun, the problem i had with it was that there was more of a supernatural aspect involved in some cases in that game, making some deductions trial and error.

the 3rd game is easily my fav though, the story arc involves details from cases of the first 2 games and nicely interweaves them into an insanely epic final case, which was over the top but still great.

Shame about the second. I think the supernatural stuff is one of the games biggest weakness. I'd much rather have mia alive which i could consult with and helped me than some whacky ghost whispering girl who magically either wisps up some evidence or turns into Mia when you're stuck during a case.
