I chased down a hit and run driver once. Ex wife was on the phone with the police. They made me stop, so i did. Turned out it was a stolen vehicle as well.

Always wondered how can anyone be that stupid. Had me wondering if this moron had anything else going on, something one wouldn't want authorities to find out.
If so, this is NOT going to help the driver stay under the radar.
