I voted Bioshock, but as far as I'm concerned Brothers beats anything when it comes to story in 2013's gaming.

Ixi, you almost got me there
Voted for remember me, but i should have absteined now that I think of it 
Enjoyed remember me, even casual rider and system shock wannabe, but I would not vote for them here (or should not have voted for one of them)
Stanley's parable was great as well, and would imo deserve the win here, even though its a bit to experimental to be categorized.
I'd have a special "the artsy/experimental GOTY award" category for it, since I don't think it can be boxed with regular games.
You certainly don't come out of stanley parable the same way as if played a few rounds of mario kart or fired a few UAV's over a bag of dorritos
