So , even tho I was supposed to get my new internet speed yesterday, I got it today... That is I DIDN'T GET IT!! -.-"
They send the message that they made the transition, I go immediately to my computer to check the new awesome speed I have, and to my surprise, the speed is even slower than usual! WTF?!
So I call the ISP technical support, after 5 minutes of waiting for someone to pick up, I talk to a guy, and tell him that I can see on my router that everything should be enabled, my downstream rate is 12535 kbps, my upstream rate 1037 kbps, so in theory I should have 10/1 speed (don't laugh, I had 1/0.2 until now). But I don't have. On top of that my telephone isn't working, status in the router is authentication_failed...
We did factory reset, but no help. So now I have to wait for them to contact me. I'm gonna go to the gym and I hope they fix this shit! I wantz my fast internetz  (finally I'll be able to watch porn without buffering xD  )

wow some parts of the world still have internet that slow. i had 100/100Mbit for almost a decade and i'm from a country almost no one heard about.

Have 12/05 Mbit with no chance in hell in getting a fiber connection. That's life in this backwards country where people only heard about internet when they got their iphones.

Yeah, its really sad that the politicans doesn't prioritize fiber like they do in Sweden. Most towns have fiber now, but we are a little behind as usual :/

Yeah that's a very annoying thing to do (it happened to me too some months ago because my puny connection stopped working), but it's the only way to have their attention really, because they simply don't care..they only care if you don't pay them 
Sounds to me that there's a problem in your line, since in theory a reset should fix that kind of error, and the telephone not working ain't a good sign either :< |

I called them last time around 4 PM, they said that they are 'looking into it', but since technicians don't work on saturdays and sundays I'm basically screwed, and not in a good way...
