... but no idea what to spend it on!

Sold a few things and I find myself with £250 with which to buy something .... nice.

But, I just can't decide what I really want. I mean, throughout the year, you always say 'oh I could just use that', or 'oh I must get one of those'... but when the money is finally available... you just start thinking... 'but do I REALLY need that'....

I know I want a gadget, or something for my PC. I just can't think what.

If anyone has a suggestion, it might help me out Laughing

hehe you guys Laughing

Oculus Rift.. soooo tempted, but I will have to wait for the consumer version I think.

Enterbay - cool stuff, never even heard of it before lol

Headphones... I need a new headset, preferably wireless so thats an idea..

Fleshlight... I occasionally get the use of the real thing. Occasionally...

Oculus rift - go read OR thread. in short. Great for presenting to others, toying once in a while and for getting a glimpse in a future. But to actually play games on it - not really I think. I am using it maybe once a 2 days to just play a bit of something or show to someone (and they are always fucking blown away - "where are You, I am in that game for real dsahduj hasjklghfjhsdaj" Laughing )

Headphones - dont get ANYTHING gaming releated and prolly nothing wireless. Go over head-fi and look for audiphille entry/middle level headphones. Much better than any gamer stuff

and if You really want wireless gaming headset then Steelseries H Wireless Gaming Headset looks fantastic (but I guess its nowhere even near my Creative Aurvana live! - much cheaper but considered good by audiophille headphones)

oh edit: And don't listen to Leo or You will end as Toy figurines addict of arnold schwarzeneger, predator and all that silly stuff for houndreds and houndreds of $ grinhurt Very Happy

again - oculus future version seems to be way off and even if it was to release tomorrow we would have to wait for support in games form, so You will have a chance to save money Smile

Yeah this sort of cash doesn't happen often lol

Definitely considering a wheel... although I don't know if my poor desk could handle it...(could buy a desk but how boring!)

Video card...mmm I already have a 7970, and I find thats sufficient for everything right now.

OR... I want sooo badly, but I keep money about as long as a starving man with a Mars bar.

I foking fell in love. manual gear, 3 pedals, superb wheel handling. Too bad it's so expensive Sad

What about razor hydra if not Oculus ? You'll probably need it when oculus arrives (?)
