Saints Row arrives February 25 2022. Witness the birth of the Saints.
In a world rife with crime, where lawless factions fight for power, a group of young friends embark on their own criminal venture, as they rise to the top in their bid to become Self Made.
Experience the biggest and best Saints Row playground ever created; the unique sprawling world of Santo Ileso is the backdrop for a wild, larger than life sandbox of thrilling side hustles, criminal ventures and blockbuster missions, as you shoot, drive, and wingsuit your way to the top.
As the future Boss, with Neenah, Kevin, and Eli by your side, you’ll form The Saints – and take on Los Panteros, The Idols, and Marshall as you build your empire across the streets of Santo Ileso and battle for control of the city. Ultimately Saints Row is the story of a start-up company, it’s just that the business The Saints are in happens to be crime.
They should have ripped off Marvel's multiverse thing. After SR4 ending, continue exploring space, find a wormhole or something, go to alternative universe, kill their doppelgangers and take over gangs in alternative Stillwater/Steelport in Saints Row style. Good pop culture reference, multiple setting possibilities. No need for reboot which doesn't have resemblance to previous titles.
Game will be DoA for sure, as tonizito allready said, it looks generic as fuck and after i saw the announcement trailer and how cheap its made (animations and driving etc.) i think its not even worth a piece of toiletpaper covered in shit.
Where are the good AAA Games, havent seen one in ages.
Already read on a couple of comment sections that people who have seen the gameplay were saying that it's a much better look than anything on this trailer, but take that with a grain of salt.

But as studio development director Jim Boone told press in an off-hands preview, those games don't feel as appropriate in today's climate.
"We love [the old Saints Row games], but we also recognise those games are of a time," he said. "They made sense within that era, and we were able to do things that felt good back then. But that tone is not something that we feel like we want to do today."
I mean ya you shouldn't judge before you see the final product, but I think I'm going to this time.
Hey, as long as they don't whine about the "toxic/entitled fandom" and the haydurs if it doesn't sell as well as they expect, good for them. Otherwise they can seethe, cope and dilate

You can create your own Character again, game is split in 9 Disctricts and more aimed to GTA open world with bigger outskirts. You can buy/build buisnesses for Sidemissions.
Prolly some more he said, didnt pay that much attention ^^
Sure they are, cause it looks like jackshit. Absolutly nothing in there screams effort.
Ah yes, we could clearly tell from that 16 secs gameplay
Glad I stopped caring so much that I can just look at every new game without getting concerned, these people are legit upset because they expected something based on a graffiti wall screenshot, tards should blame no one but themselves.
If it ends up shit I'll enjoy the free Epic exclusive a few months later
Meanwhile, the Saints Row 2 patch, that would basically bring the PC version on par with the console one, is completely MIA (well, the only person that cared about it is literally dead and the studios are too busy doing this...
So far, this reboot makes Agents of Mayhem seem good...
