Just have a break for a few days, it will go away. Maybe take some Ibuprofen if its too bad.
That was your body telling you, you need to take it slower and warm up properly before exercice.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Ibuprofen for pain and diazepam (if you can get a hold of it) for muscle relaxation...

The fact that your neck hurts could indicate bad form, I see no reason for neck pain when doing pull-ups. Basically a back/lat exercise, you can use the close grip chin-up for biceps for example, there are a lot of variations make sure your form is proper, doesn't matter how many can you do just pay attention the form is right so you can get better and improve.
