Epic and GOG said no a lot faster than Steam.
The reason for the rejection is probably to do with the questionable choices that the game allows you to make, such as asking a barman to spike a woman's drink and other scummy tactics employed by r̶a̶p̶i̶s̶t̶s "pick-up artists".
Epic and GOG were always playing it safe so it's not a surprise there.

There are movies and porn portraying rape but video games can't even hint that? Hypocrisy at it's finest.
From what I understood, the problem isn't the sexually explicit images themselves or the creepy parodic scenes (which are fine for Gabe) but the fact that they involve real people and that can potentially open a giant can of worms both in legal terms and when it comes to drawing lines between games and the actual porn industry.
