Like Serious Sam where you have those presets but then when you customize the settings further there's a number of things that go even higher. (And then you can take it even further via ini editing but that doesn't quite count.) What's FWP though? First World Problems?

Well that's another issue entirely. But I'd take some AA (even 2x does wonders at 1080p and higher) over some specific effects set to high every time.
