Your quote is broken Lola, here.. I fixed it for you;

Quote:

Cockpit view? We listened.. just not enough to bring it back to GRID 2, so you'll have to buy GRID 3 for that. Only €59.99.

I agree with him... they need to stop making these boring racing games. Now if they would start making fun racing games again, I may consider playing them!

lol why remove such feature anyway.
due to console limitations? I call bshit, the original grid had cockpit view even on consoles.

this will probably suck anyway, need a new Midnight club!

Can't agree more! A new MC game is a system seller for me. I will get PS4 way early than planned if they announce new MC this year.

For what it's worth, I *loved* the first GRID and had a lot of fun with the second.. though I never finished it for some reason, I just lost interest after a while :\ I'm not expecting miracles with GR33D (Laughing) but I'll certainly Yarr it.

What made Grid 1 compelling for me was the monetary and progression system, something which the second one didn't have.

I don't expect grid3 to be better as well. CM has lost most of its talent, only re-skinners are left.

Well the better question would be: Will they have the TV camera view since only 1% use those Cool Face

I'll gladly yarr it, hope it's better than the second one since that one really disappointed me after the first installation.

The big problem is (for me at least), they can even add a cockpit view with incorporated helmet view and 1000kHz feelthewheel animations, but if the handling is as drifty, arcadey and Burnout-ish as Grid 2's, then it's basically pointless. Razz

I'd be fine with Grid 1's handling, but apparently that was too hardcore and had to be toned down for the sake of.. authenticity !

GRID 1 had what I'd call the perfect balance between arcade and realism, for a game that features real cars. The bumper cars handling in GRID 2 and NFS in recent years just doesn't fit their settings.

Couldn't agree more with you, guys. Grid 1 was the perfect mix for me too - someone that really isn't into sims, Grid had enough "feel" of an arcade racer without being, well, Ridge Racer Very Happy I really enjoyed it, especially the progression aspect which is utterly lacking in Grid 2.
