Yeah it works. You give someone your account details and he can play as secondary.

Yeah sorry NFOAC. I just remembered I didnt reply to your other PM. I sympathise with your games being too expensive plight but I don't feel comfortable handing out account credentials to others.
May the NFOrce be with you always.

You do not keep the games you play, you can only play the game when the other person is playing the game can't you?

Evga 600 psu.

There are two different ways of sharing games on the PS4.
First is a "share game" option, which allows you to stream your game to another person at 720p for one hour/session. You can play it together as if you were sitting in the same room, or you can let him play instead of you, as if you handed him your gamepad. It actually works decently well but is bugged for some people (console tends not to recognize your real speed connection and reports it as too slow, even when it's certainly not). You also need PSN+ status to start a session.
The other option allows you to buy digital games and share them with one other person. You just need to log in on his/her PS4 (or give him/her your account data) and set his console as primary on your account. Afterwards he can log in on his own account but access your games library - and he can play these games at the same time you're playing them. Some peeps I know use this option to buy games together at half the price - which can be a decent way of saving money, esspecially if coupled with PSN sales and stuff like that. It's usually the least expensive way of buying new titles too - with the downside being the fact that you can never get rid of what you bought, if you don't like it or get bored. Also, obviously, you can only do that with someone you can trust with your account credentials.
