Do any of you use this ? its not really an emu , but a rewritten SCUMM engine to play all the old lucasarts adventures without any problem under windows ( and many other OS including handhelds )

http://www.scummvm.org/ you can download it here

it also emulates roland MT32 , sort of the standard for non synth music pre general MIDI aera , let me know if you need the rom files for it .

plays all the good adventures we remember , monkey island , sam n max , day of the tentacle etc .

But also the rare FM Towns versions of them , for example indiana jones and the last crusade with audio cd Smile

There's also a PSP version, which I used because I hadn't played Day of the Tentacle and other lucasarts adventures before.

Yeah it's nice to have support for some of the later made Sierra games and the others plus plenty of bug fixes and feature additions too.

Quite a list of classic titles now playable via this emulator for people interested in adventure games and mostly without having to resort to tinkering with hacks and numerous compatibility settings from how I remember it. Smile

...and dying, over and over again because anything you do in some of these games can end the adventure prematurely.
(Sierra got really creative after their initial couple of games ha ha.)
