Luckily there are plenty of other videos on YT with proper gameplay footage. It's another slow-walking-explore-house-bump-loud-noise-are-you-scared type game, so I'll pass
There are no monsters, zombies or other creatures in this game. There is no violence. The fear originates in and is sustained by the player.
I'm very intrigued by this so I'll give it a try. Usually all these games have a stupid hide and seek with the monster which gets annoying after a good while.
Read about it on the Steam forums earlier, could be interesting but I'm a bit hesitant.

Pineview Drive is running under the Unity3D Engine which is quite much slower than other big engines are. Therefor its quite hard for us as developers to get the game run much faster. But on current average pcs the game should run in medium settings quite ok and in lower settings quite fast. Also if you go to lower settings the game takes less RAM and should run without any problems also on 32Bit systems.
(Might and Magic X is a pretty good indication of Unity3D and it's more recent engine performance I would say, pretty demanding compared to how it looks and it uses a lot of memory.)

A well know problem with the Unity engine is, that it runs much better on nVidia than AMD. It seems the engine is much more optimized for nVidia. Also the RAM usage of the Unity engine is quite to big. In low and medium settings the game takes less than 2Gb of RAM but in high the game takes more the 2Gb. People with 32Bit system should run the game in medium or low. Specially to your system i can only say, that the only problematic part will be the graphics adapter i guess. I am using a quite similiar system on my own, the only difference, i am using an nVidia geForce GTX 570. On my system the games rum perfectly in medium settings and in high it is a bit to slow (means running with about 20-30 FPS). I got a second system in the office that uses a nVidia geForce GTX 760 (i guess). On this system the game also runs in high with 50-60 FPS.
Hi, though i believe erveryone has that fear, that's not quite what we're saying. The game is capable of recognizing if you were frightened at some certain events (Mouse- and key-input analysis).
(Also if you're a pregnant woman - well duh of course it has to be a woman - you might want to be careful with the game according to the in-game warning text - http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=294077158 - or if you have heart problems. )
