I Mostly Agree with The List,first Original COD and MW are on the list,but it was still in the area when Activation still didn't milk the franchise to Death... first 2 Halo games are inside also,the second is overrated,the first rightfully inside,but a bit back in the list for me.

Never played Halo 2, but Halo 1 shouldn't be that high up the list.
Honestly it doesn't even look like an honest list. It's like someone first put up their personal favorite/popular list, then just randomly shoved in a bunch of "classic" games they felt obligated to include. Halo 1 before entire Doom series, Stalker, Far Cry series, Wolfenstein series, Counter Strike? No mention of System Shock?

Shit, didn't even realize that. I saw Deus Ex and thought they were referring to the first. I think that further suggests that the list was compiled by people that didn't even know a bunch of those games. No one would put Deus Ex 2 on a list before/instead of Deus Ex 1. NO ONE.

hl2.. sorry, but nope.
its a good game, and a landmark for many things in terms of modding, multiplayer, and on a technical side - but you know what? so was quake... maybe even MORE so, but its not getting the recognition it deserves...
...but as a GAME (which is how these seem to be ranked) hl2 is overrated.

HL2 is not bad at all but it's absolutely not the number one fps (for me personally).
I'd go more into the trend of something like:
1. Q1/2/3 and UT99/2k4.
2. BF2/RTCW/TF2/CS.
3. COD2.
4. Dukes & Dooms.
Rest isn't really worth mentioning really in that list that belongs in a fps list as the rest is more of a mixture between other genres.

Thank you!!!! I was actually going to write that HL 1 should have been first. Doom, I'd say second since it didn't have a catching story and smart AI as HL 1 did.

Yep HL1 is first on amy gaming list of mine. Quake 2, UT99 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. would certainly make my top 10 of shooters.
