I wanted to ask if you tried connecting it via HDMI or other ports, but I've seen specs :\
I doubt it's the psu, it's 600W Corsair.

Not the PSU.
If the CRT works, the problem lies with the TFT monitor.
So what do you use? DVI-i with a convertor to D-SUB (VGA)?
Tried DVI-D yet?

my lcd works fine, just tried it now on my old system |
Well the problem with DVI-i -> VGA is that there might be something in the signaling it doesn't like
For DVI-d you don't need a convertor, just a DVI-d cable. Your monitor has a DVI-d input

GPU using a refreshrate/resolution that's beyond your TFTs limits maybe? It happened often with CRTs back in the day, no dea if it happens with TFTs also. Since both the GPU and the onboard GPU don't work, that might be it. DId you try entering safe mode?
