Aim that is suddenly off, crosshair being in the middle of the screen but anything I shoot goes into the ground. Medals and such: nope.
Finally got to behemot for the first time "today" and gun was shooting on ground.. Medals sort of work, but you got to selet a medal and track it, and somehow do all of it on one go Got 2/3 done from the rush medal, but last part is pretty impossible, arming 15 telegraphs.
Does anyone feel like the 'improved vehicle psychics' are annoying?
Yes they are better and you can see they have made a bit of an effort with it, but it just kind of lags / glitches all over the place - I feel like sometimes it can be quite difficult to steer for absolutely no reason.
Good intentions, not delivered.
I do like the animations of people getting in and out of the vehicles though.
I really hate the range of the melee attack when someone rides a horse. You think you are save, but they still hit you even if they already rode past you.

I was thinking, initially, how vulnerable they seem to be (and most of the time they really ARE, especially while in distance), but there's got to be some trade-off for the sake of gameplay, so they won't turn completely useless. Meaning that once they're close to you... you're fucked. And that's fine (and fair) by me.
They are not all that vulnerable. First of all they move at a good speed so it's hard to hit them. Secondly, cavalry has extra armor so they are tougher than infantry grunts. Horses are pretty overpowered, they can hit you from as far as 2-3 meters, that sword is actually a polearm.
Cavalry is a good way to point out how dumb and unrealistic the balance system is. The artillery truck barely does 50-60 damage to infantry with a direct hit, cavalry one shots with everything.

Polearm sword and even more, for example: go to 2:38
Why the fuck would they do the weather system client based? That seems unfair and stupid to me.
Imagine if the levolution in previous battlefield games were client based. For some the buildings on the map would be destroyed, while for others they would be still standing with full cover.
Nah, I just assume a package got lost somewhere. It's a beta afterall. Of course the server has to decide when there is a storm for everybody and then it sends out those data together with other shit. If the client bugs out and doesn't interpret that data correctly or the data was corrupted, then a de-sync like this might happen. How the hell should the client render the storm on a client if it doesn't get the data from the server to do that in the first place. Parts of that stuff is client and other parts server based, which is quite natural.
If I see them coming from pretty far, they are mostly screwed. If they get close, it's a pretty fair fight, still, as I have time to shoot some bullets that might down them. Quite often I can manage to dodge one attack or two. And that's A LOT of precious time. On last encounters I experienced tradekills, meaning players are getting better at this, considering that a couple of days ago they were always easy targets.
What I mean is that they were never a real problem, a nuisance, for me.
I am starting the think we are playing different games, mate.

As most people commented in the relevant reddit thread, weather is generally synced.
Considering the weird server issues we get almost every day while playing the beta (missing equipment, unarmed telegraphs exploding...), I am pretty sure this is a bug and not by design.

Cavalry is only one shot if it's a headshot. Else it's two shots. Sword is one hit, one kill yes.

Maybe if they are idiots. It's easy to zig zag with the horse and you'll need some amazing shooting to kill.
My shooting is far from amazing, but most of times they can't get close to me / the team / objective. And quite often I down them with 1 bullet (headshot with sniper rifle).
So... yeah, like I said already, we might perceive different this whole experience / game.
EDIT
Finished work for today so going online for some sniping.

What I get mostly, is I kill the rider and then the horsie gets pissed and rams over me, giving said now dead player the kill..
I think I enjoy this game more than I thought I would before and on first day of beta.
Spent 8 hours in it so far and even though I had a rather buggy experience. I bought BF3 premium back in the days and I only got 12 hours in total on it.
Won't buy though, can't really afford it for the moment and well can't base it on just one map.
Good, looks like most will have sniper coverage, unlike beta map.
And for the memory leak, BF4 had it also, but it took a lot longer and you noticed it before you ran out. Got to stick afterburner running with memory usage, can quit before I ran out next time.
Had some funny shit in my last game... whole squad of infantry making their way... *beep beep* morph ran em all over xD Had 10 roadkills after each other when I was done with that camp.
Stupid ass in-game settings, setting Resolution Scaling to 42% means it will scale 1:1. Anything higher and it will upscale above your screen resolution and downsample it back, causing all kinds of funky performance issues.
