The people who paid for the game don’t have to go through any fuss and they’re constantly getting new stuff, which keeps the game fresh.

The Terminator armor drops way too late in the campaign. I've gotten like 10 different terminator weapons and all but 2 squads are maxed out and still no armor. Sad

well i got the game installed and running, but it says i need a profile and to log into a profile i need the cdkey. i havetn found here yet anything that explains what to put in its place. Any thoughts?

nevermind. turns out i need a cd key if i use an existing profile. but works fine if i make an offline one.

Just a heads up that I think I have the updated files but I need to sort trough them and compare as to reduce file size.

Also, per the manual you can registered the game via THQ UK for a "Chapter Command" wargear set, doesn't require a serial or other means of verification so just register a account and grab the bonus, limited to the first 100.000 people.

EDIT: And this is how you use those bonuses (And have a chance to get them all.)

EDIT: Tested a few things after checking the scripts, if you make a shortcut to the aux_installer.exe program in the /GameFolder/Install dir and add this to it -postinstall dow2.ai it'll install the extra content whatever it is. (Retail bonus, that zip file with all those numbers in the same folder.)

Finally got trough all updated files, will see if I can upload what I believe is all the changed files plus a bunch of extras as I didn't want to compare all 247 or so files.
(150 MB or so all in all, will take roughly forty minutes.)

I think you start getting Terminator armour drops after a certain special mission (will not spoil). And yea it's pretty late - i only got 2 sets by the end of the campaign - used them for Avitus and Thadeus.

Beckman thanks for the updated files it works like a charm.
After copying these files your save game i still intact if you login with your live account.
Also online mode works realy well and im enjoying it atm Smile
