EDIT: Heh, nearly every single file updated so far was updated in this latest patch, did a full repack and will post it as soon as it's uploaded.

Thanks JB. Will take a look at the new patch and its content.bin, and will upload the guide when all is ready (will only have the time to do so in a few hours, but no bigge, as the patch adds nothing new). 
Wait, so if I buy from UK, I wouldn't be able to register it? Is it per serial? Because if the game is sold here at some point, how would it activate then (Steam is necessary always for this game)? |

Why not just use a proxy when buying the game? I did it with several steam and ea games because russian releases are sometimes 1-2 weeks late. You only need to start the download through the proxy - after that you'll be able to continue it using your normal connection.

I did it with Mass Effect as well, but it seems some keys are region locked, and will not be useful afterward? I've read a thread in the Steam forums, where someone had a lot of games, traveled to another country (Israel  ) and they just wouldn't appear in his list of games.

Well I will buy it in stores anyway. From what I've seen, it seems to have the same price (50$) as Steam, which I was willing to pay. |

I would absolutely not recommend using a proxy, you can get your Steam account banned for doing so.
