im dowloading the game wanted again... im getting crappy speeds so i will have it in about 1hr and 30m :/

I haven't actually had the time to try it, shouldn't crash though as you're much further into the game than I was when it crashed. (Only briefly displayed the splash screen before loading.)
Was under the impression that it worked, I'll see if I can figure something out, perhaps the registry entries then?
(Shouldn't be needed though.)

Do you have those distributables installed?
DirectX November 2008 (Latest is March 2009 so I'd recommend installing that.)
PhysX 9.0.x. (Get the latest version from NVIDIA's website.)
OpenAL (Get the distributable from the Creative dev site or install the one on the disc, probably the same.)

yes....
i installed everything that comes with the game.
pey need to tell us what he did... and post a screenshot of his game folder would help alot
