Ok, Tzar Bomba would pretty much flatten my entire district :/ Plus thermal wave would go to local Cro/Slo nuclear plant... Not a nice scenario...

Like you really need this to tell you that a modern nuke would level an entire city. Understand, that modern nukes are way worse then this even makes them out to be.
