Today was the absolute worst day so far. First of all I arrived to lab class at around 8:42am and nicky was already there sitting down. Erica was also there. She was like really into the work and calculations that we were doing. And basically it was like the 4 of us (not nicky) just joking around and talking and stuff while we were working on the lab while nicky was all serious and stuff & sitting there all quietly doing the calculations and stuff. She was also texting a little bit. She texts like a freak. Ive never seen anybody text more than her. Anyways after lab finished, she didn't even say bye to anybody. She just left so I was like whatever.
Lecture today was the worst part. So I get to the lecture hall and I sit in Erica's row offcourse nicky isnt there yet. There was an empty seat to my right and as soon as nicky came into the lecture hall, I asked her if I could take a look at her lab sheet because I dont do any work in lab class. Im pretty useless in lab. So shes like yea sure I can copy her lab sheet. And then I was like "Do you wanna here? next to us" I had to say 'us' to make it less obvious. BUT she was like "no its ok Im gonna sit up front" and she ended up sitting 2 rows ahead. WHAT THE HECK this is how today's seating was:
So I asked her to sit next to me me, and she said no. I knew I shouldve never asked her to sit next to me. At the end of lecture I gave back her sheet and I really need to copy some data table that we did and I asked her to bring that tommorow so I can copy it and she was like "yes offcourse." But it didn't seem like she was thinking omg this douchebag keeps wanting to copy my work wtf. She seems incredibly friendly when I ask her for her work.
And since she was sitting far as hell today, offcourse I didn't say a word to her in lecture. I Hdont like her anymore its over  |

like that means anything. my own girlfriend sat quite a distance away from me when i was in high school cause i was a little chatty chatty bitch and distracting her.
where do you expect this to go if you're not even trying?
when you give that lab sheet back to her, invite her to some coffee (or anything casual) cause you want to thank her for borrowing stuff. that avoids showing any interest in her (which you are obviously so fucking afraid of) and you still get some alone time and the possibility to strike up a conversation.
if you can't do even something like that, then sorry - it's quite safe to say you're a lost case.
and if she says no to that - well, do as you please and continue to waste your time with your little psychological self defense games.
