I wonder if it includes the costume packs. That was never cleared out.

if by tournament mode u mean championship mode , it was free dlc for consoles

It's been already said on german sites that the extra dlc ill be free for the pc and that the game has just a disc check no online check and that you can create offline windows live profiles.
