Why are you getting so defensive, all I said was that you didn't understand what this game is like. It's the truth, you and I both know you can't be an experienced street fighter player if you made those comments, but I respected your opinion, I didn't try to insult you.
What I meant when I said that you don't "get" the game, is that street fighter is probably not your kind of game.
Street Fighter is the most competitive fighting game, just like how Starcraft is the most competitive RTS. There are certain games that are legends because some gameplay features cater towards competition.
If you understand why Starcraft is a pro RTS, why CS is a pro FPS... you'll understand why Street Fighter is what it is.

For 1 I can only recommend to lower the difficulty but it'll still not be easy to unlock those characters, for 2 you need to go into your LIVE folder and delete the files for it, resets everything and it should prompt you for a key and for the third question there's a redist on the disc that might help, also make sure there are no codec issues interfering.
EDIT: Folder for LIVE stuff.
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XLive
(Or C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\XLive for XP)
EDIT: Titles folder is for the specific games (The settings.bin file) and there's also a folder for your LIVE profile. (You don't need to alter the DLC or Updates folders.)

thanks, i`m thinking of buying a cdkey to play SF4 online but i dont want to unlock everything one more time. i guess its either deleting LIVE files or copy save file (hope it contains info about unlocked stuff)

When you install GFWL it creates an ID number in the registry, maybe if you export that value and copy the profile folders, you could use your previous save games? I know there is a way to do it, not sure if that is it.

Who said this game was easy!? I just got my new 360 pad and there is a big difference from my old one. This game is really hard if you're using a cheap pad.

Charge attacks are impossible with the pad, while I do them correctly every time with keyb, so no, not always.  I actually pause and use the keyboard to do a charge attack.

Seth is a fucking cheater, worst boss character in any fighting game ever (yes that includes the Goro/Motaro/Kintaro characters as well).

Seth is BS...I hope to god someone releases a hacked executable that removed him from the game cause he ruins it for me. I can have fun with the game on medium and hit a brick wall when I come to him. I have to play the easiest setting to unlock characters and even then he is frustraighting. They 2 key's I have found in beating him on his level though is 1, he rarly defends after getting up, so if you can time a special move or attack that knocksdown to hit when he gets up, you can just spam that on him. If you miss, try and time a double back to avoid a throw, if he dosnt upper cut you. 2, special air attacks are also good, he generaly only counters those with a shoryuken if he does at all. Staying on the ground is suicide with his sonic booms, his stun and suck, and his ultra.
Also keep this in mind, burn ultras when you can, they don't carry over to the next round, but save combo meters if you know you have pretty much lost the round.
cheat happens apparently has a pre release member only trainer that allows inf life and one hit kills, wish someone would release it. :/

For killing Seth on easier difficulties. First round is easy. Just be aggressive, jump on him and spam light punches and kicks, then block his counter attack. He then transforms and this is his hard part.
Never jump on him. Start jumping away when he is teleporting, he'll still hit you with his dragon punch, but still better than his throws. Counter punches and moves with specials. Hes got delay on most of his normal attacks so thats your opportunity. Spamming light punches still works, but you won't get close to him often. Also use that trick with throwing. When hes on ground get close to him, wait till he gets up, then throw him and repeat. Also very important against him are super specials. If you get one or two on him then half the job is done.
