Ayyyy, forgot about Outlaws, a LucasArts masterpiece, one of the best soundtracks ever.
Still have that game somewhere.

hope in next part of CoJ you will be able to do more things as You want not only story missions and I wait for new things in next part. Maybe we be able to play someone alike Marisa(who wouldnt play as good looking but deadly girl lol)

My favorite missions so far were the two "open" levels, just like the first game (hunting rabbits), too bad there's only a few places where you can climb up with the lasso (I love exploring).

Yeah the engine could have been used much better, like Gun or Gothic 2, this game could have been something else it is clearly capable of maintaining huge maps and they look great, maybe even Oblivion or Gothic 3 like free exploration, that would made this game goty imo.
Cover system hm, an icon that you are 'covered' would be great, a button that you initiate the cover system another better option.

The gameplay is not the best but overall the game is definitely a welcome experience, great graphics.

I think the cover system is great as it is and very intuitive, the camera zoom-in should tip you off that you are in cover. These kind of visual cues help the immersion greatly as opposed to some arcadey "lock in/out of cover" icon. These mechanics are one of the strong points of the games. Other examples are the innovative bullet time effects and the double crosshair gunplay. The duel fights are also really nice. Some great ideas here.
And is it just me or does every game that comes out these days rip off ideas from the previous season's hits? The roaming around on horseback, and the "futuristic" sound effect when your bullettime timer runs out are lifted straight from Assassin's Creed. I can think of other things too, for example the clear Far Cry 2 atmosphere going on in the game.

Just finished it, game runs and looks great even though some parts dont look great (Some very low res rock textures for example. I finished it in 7 hours which is not that long but still not bad.
I'd give if 9/10, would get 10/10 if you could customize the FoV and the didn't had some low res textures in it which made it look very bad.
PC: Yes. Console: No.

Just started Act3, and damn is it a nice western shooter! Brings back some memories of Outlaws..
And, anyone had a chance to try the multiplayer mode online?
If so how is it, and how many servers/players are there on average?

That's the best way to play it. Kicked back and relaxed, soaking in the atmosphere. Not hunched over a keyboard trying to be pixel perfect.
I need to replay it and choose all Thomas this time, did all Ray before. I want to see how different it can be.
