The problem is that I'm worried that someday a blackman will come and ask to the provider to close/delete my blog!

just get some russian webspace, any domain and use wordpress.
btw, why the paranoia? as long as you're not uploading and/or linking to copyrighted material, no one's gonna care. the RIAA et al pay their ppl to shut down filesharing, not some bloggers
