Pretty cool Wink

The weirdest thing is that at first when I saw the first pic I was sure it was an ingame screenshot Surprised

Says alot about how far computer graphics has gotten I guess.

Well that pic looks to me more like a scene from STALKER than one from F3. Smile

Fallout 3 has brown textures, brown NPCs, brown trees, brown armor, brown rocks, brown buildings, brown plants, brown books, brown guns, brown underpants and even brown penises.

I see some sort of red and green color in that pic. I therefore think that all is spoiled then. That CANNOT be related to the unique and original art-style of Fallout 3.

Sounds pretty slick tbh. Wonder who the figures of the past will be. Maybe Abe Lincoln!? Considering you can collect all his shit, maybe he wants it back and he is pissed!

Sounds nice, and not delayed as I feared either. Cool Hopefully it'll bring the whole Fallout 3 DLC-set to a suitable close.

Dunno, sounds as if it's (probably wrong on that) just run and gun?
I mean, the ship can't be that big and if you just wanna get off of it there ain't much to it.
But hopefully (and pretty surely) I'm wrong on that Laughing

I'm hoping for some "deeper" content, like.. getting to view Earth from space, getting hints on how other countries/areas are getting along after the war, where there might still be civilization, etc. Bethesda have the rights to Fallout now, it would be nice to see them flesh it out to a more complete and continuous world.

I just started broken steel. I am suposed to talk to Rothchild but as he says "please come over here" , he just goes to bed.... If I talk to him then he says "right in front of the map" and goes to sleep again!

What do I do now? tryed reloading a previous save

Are you using mods that alter NPC behavior or AI packages?
(Ie he doesn't have the data that Broken Steel adds as a mod overwrites it with it's own data.)

I used a mod that triggers the quest when talked to him.
So problem solved (is a mod issue though)

There are leveling-mods that reduce the amount of exp you get, if you want a level pacing proportional to everything there is to do.

I have some questions for the fallout 3 players that know the game like the back of their hand.

I'm thinking of making a new character for a play through after Mothership Zeta is released so I can try the game with all dlc packs. Now I want to make a "Non Combat" character like an explorer type because I loved just to explore the world the first time I played the game, but I wasn't that into the combat part.
So I would like to know if it is possible to make a character who can easily avoid confrontations without the game being impossible when I run into the obligatory fights here and there.
And I would like to play with one of those lvl mods that give me less xp so I won't hit xp ceiling so to speak.

Ps.
I have been a big fan of Planescape torment since it was released, because you didn't have to fight all the time to get xp, I remember that you could advance several lvls without a fight and that just made the game so much more interesting for me, that's why I'm writing this long rant... And to get some help hopefully Very Happy

The days of PS:T are long gone. Thats all theres to say about that, if you were to say this development is bad, you'd get flooded with criticism from console players who disagree. So just let it go.
Replay Planescape or tryout Arcanum or other old rpg's, but definitely not any new AAA rpg's.

Hmm, That's just sad to hear, but I guess your right. Oh well, at least Bioware is still making some decent games even though they are combat oriented.
Speaking of Bioware, I read an interview recently with the good doctors where they talked about AAA titles without combat where about to be possible.
Should be interesting to see if they are gonna follow up on that.

Player.SetLevel X in the console would be the quick solution.

EDIT: X is the level you want by the way.
(Pretty obviousy but just to be sure.)

EDIT: Mothership Zeta screens.

You don't need any crack, just patch and play. Smile

Well, the point is i have the game patched to 1.5. And for that patch it required a crack. Only now i found there was 1.6 patch, and you sure it doesn't need cracking?

I haven't used a crack that I can recall of course I have a legit LIVE key and that may be why. Though I heard downloading the patches manually and running them launches the game after cracked or not. If this is true or if it still does this you could simply use the patch to launch and play the game.

You can get pretty stealthy though. Max your stealth skill, max your agility, grab the chinese stealth suit from operation anchorage, and some stealth boys

you should be pretty invisible.even with like 40 stealth +suit +stealth boy + 6 agility, I could sneak around mirelurks.

I downloaded an all in one pack fallout 3 with all dlc's 1.6 patch and Hi Res textures and it runs all flawless, got all the updates and radio and waypoint for all the addons, and using my live account was fine, just had to remove the xlive "fake" dll in the install using fomm applicaiton tool.
