If you don't bother to read why would someone bother wasting their time to answer you?

actually i did read almost the entire 2nd page but no one says anything about the game being a demo or the full game. so that is why i am asking. anyway, after surfing the internet and seeing that is reuiring 6gb of HDD space, i'm pretty sure this is either a demo or a very compressed version. i'll give it a try anyway.

You will be out of luck here, the game uses serial protection and not a dvd check and cracks for serial checks are not available on gcw.

You still going on with this demo crap? East.India.Company.incl.Pirate.Bay.Addon-SKIDROW IS A FULL VERSION.

well, there's a huge gap when it comes to the required disk space for the installation. so ya, until i am sure this is the game, i'll continue with this possible demo crap:P

I realy liked patrician in the past, but this game is just so... boring. It is not more then send fleet x to port y, trade etc. The economics are realy basic. fighting is linke any other pirate game, not very special. Dit not play long though, 2 hours maybe, but enough to see that there isnt much in it to go on. there is nothing new here, there are so many things that could be done better (in other words everything is done wrong).

i have to agree, shallow as hell. Sad thing, it doesnt get any better (played till past 1670)
send ships on automated trade routes and money comes in non stop. capture ports (resolved, so no fun there either) upgrad the 4 buildings to boost income even more.
Battles are tiresome because of the unresponsive controls of the ship. no idea how they act, but your orders are carried out like "more or less". Press the get in line formation button for example usually ends up in a big mess of your ships (i mean wtf ?)
gonna reinstall ETW for some real ship battles *g*.

It's not too bad considering it's from an east indian company without the financial backing that developers in Europe and America have. Maybe their second game will be more exciting.

Why would you think it was made by an east indian company?
East India Company is the name of the game, not the name of the company that made it.
The producers of this game are located in Finland which is in northern Europe.
As for the game, well it's pretty much the same thing as the boardgame with the same name, get's a bit boring after a while since there's no real sense of progress as you play.

Oh yeah, I got confused by that and the 'pirate bay' thing.
