There would be nothing more satisfying than to achieve in HOI3, but too much goes on my old foggy head just implodes, Its cause I worry about missing shit going on, and feel like im not dealing with the situations correctly Very Happy

But I guess thats part of the fun/learning,,, its always seemed rather overwhelming though, I found fluid mechanics in Uni much easier lol.

Now a nice big ass coop hoi3 with say 6 people on your team as leaders independant control of the forces for them etc, and then facing off against others from around the world doing the same for theyre land mass would be much better Very Happy

Well thats where your patience and structure thinking comes from Smile Reading and learning the manual instead jumping right into the new game.

BTW you're lucky to have an opportunity buy hardcopy instead those download shit Exclamation

Thanks. Honestly I usually have no problem with buying games from Steam, except in this case. I wanted a hardcopy manual and I wanted to be sure I would have no problems using mods with the game. Also, at least in my experience, hardcopy games often seem to get patches before the digital version.

I'm not new to grand strategy games but completely new to the HOI series, and this game is way too sophisticated to try to jump into without getting completely overwhelmed and/or getting your ass handed to you. I'd rather read the manual first and learn the game right so that I at least have a chance to enjoy all that this game has to offer (which is quite a lot).

Do you need a beard to play this game? Maybe I'll ask your mom to help me with it.

Who are you talking to and what the hell are you on about? What are you, 12?

Go back to Counter-Strike little boy, this game is for the adults.

That's the beauty of this version. You can set the AI to control anything, from full-on production to small divisions, to even entire Theater groups. You can give the AI a task such as to hold a defensive front on your border, or even mobilize all its troops and fight toward an objective so that you can concentrate on other things if you want. And from what I'm hearing on the forums, its works incredibly well once you get the hang of it.

Hoi is good choice, I played a lot with hoi 1-2 and the expansions. Best grand strategy hands down Exclamation

I agree you with the steam and mod issues. There are a lot good mods to hoi2 and sure will be for hoi3. Stony Road and Modern Day Scenario the two best and the first world war mod (dunno the name). I understand your opinion about us torrent users but i dont know is a steam version worth 57$ while you got a boxed version for 39.99

That's not for her face.

Damn it, this might even be a game that's worth buying!

Sorry, you actually need half a brain for this game.

After reading your juvenile and unprovoked beard/mom attack, it's safe to say this game isn't for you.

-Paradox ARE my fav devs of all time... i own most their games (EU series.. Victoria .. HOI2 etc etc etc)

-I LOVEEEED HOI2

-HOI2 was 409374839074394x better after the mods

-This game feels.. messy (This might just be because its all new)

- I miss my tech teams Sad

-The games good... and im sure in time it will become great (They are legends for their patches imho)

Those who want a physical copy will have to wait from between the 14th to the 28th of August.

Yay.

That slow eh odd, I dislike torrents really but when they work share wise they do work and it is fast, but its rare, think most i get avg is around 300/kbs no matter what i do, it can peak to 500 at times but with so many people fiddling with theyre rates and so forth its a pretty slow ass way to leech at times.

i got about 2hrs on this one left to go. Its only like 60kb/s but 2hrs is nothing sitting in the background... Couple of comments I read (of course cant be sure) sudgest its the real deal and all is well with the upload..
