Does anyone got the problem with the LIVE login ? I got this

The thing i used lived 2 days ago and worked fine , now after the win install i got this >_< , checked the email and pass they are ok , i just dunno why the hell i got that since i have the account from like 1 god damn year
LIVE saves several things on your computer so if you reinstalled it might have triggered this prompt, that said it should also save your account information online to prevent you from losing progress and information like this.
