|
 |
Before I clean install windows vista, I created a partition for back up.
Now, I installed the windows and realized that the back up partition is way too big and the partition that has windows is too big.
I just want to reduce the back up partition and expend the partition where the windows is installed but it won't let me.
I can shrink the drive but can not merge on to the the other drive, meaning that it only lets me reduce and expend to the partition where it originally came from.
Am I doomed until I delete both partition and recreate which means next clean install?
Thank you for your advise.

If you use the software I recommended, you can do what you originally asked about.

Oh really?
I misread the thread then.
I read one reply saying that avoid Paragon Partition Manager 9.0 at all cost, so I didn't think too much to it.
I've already tried vista built in disk manager and Partition Master 4.0.1 Home Edition before I ask, so I know it won't work.
I am d/l the software. Let me try it.
