  	  | Quote: | | Raven Squad puts players in control of two groups of mercenary squads who crash land behind enemy lines in the Amazonian jungles. It will require tactical planning and a liberal amount of brute force to escape to safety. Each of the eight squad members possesses distinctive skills and weaponry that the player will have to use wisely to progress through the game’s story driven objectives. Raven Squad sets itself apart by allowing players to switch freely between real-time strategy and first-person shooter gameplay. Only by mastering both of these modes of play, and becoming adept at switching between the two, will players make it out of the jungle alive.

					| It's part RTS which we all know doesn't work too well with consoles unless they do it right. I hope they did a good job, def a creative game. | |

					| nah, brothers in arms had strategy elements but you couldn't actually switch to an RTS perspective and order troops around in real time like in command and conquer or whatever.

					| I'm more gonna play it for the coop. It should be cool having one guy fighting in FP, while the other is oredering the other soldiers around.

					| Hmm, this makes me want a game like the original Rainbox 6 / Raven shield games. Where, before doing a mission, you plan an attack route and then you command 1 or all of the teams in the attack.

Oh man I love those types of games, but the bean counters at Ass Lick and Fawn said that the genre isn't popular and won't sell.

Not sure if he's trolling or not, but "mini review" doesn't seem too good:

  	  | Quote: | | I have played the first mission now, and after my 30 years of gaming exp, ill try very hard too forget ive ever bought this game, and just hope section 8 will justify some of the money ive spent. Not a deep review, but a clear warning.
I mean it im not ever gonna try mission 2 of this game!

Feel the same after watching this gameplay video. It's like Brothers in Arms, but the opposite, you spend more time clicking the overview sight than shooting FPS view
