the leak is fake, but it's obviously out (otherwise he wouldn't have issued that statement). just be patient, someone will leak it eventually.

Supposed to be real..
A French lad is currently uping it to his mates FTP, take about 19 hours or so. A thread over on xbox360iso at the moment.
He posted a pic of the box up so i asked for it in his 360 and he gave me this:

one for singleplayer campaign, and another for the multiplater

As long as you play on a separate account and not connected to the internet, you will be fine. I always have done this and will continue to do so.
I also sometimes delete the account used from the xbox.

LOL it's like everyone has his own little ritual on how to evade bans. I'm sorry, but you saying "you will be fine" is meaningless. Only MS knows for sure how bans happen.
