Why the smegging smeg is it choosing your install directory considered being an advanced user? I'm certainly not smegging advanced. I simply do not want my games in the same partition as Windows.
I don't know any gamer who installs games and programs in the default locations.
Stupid lazyass programers.

The way windows works with its registry and stuff like that, I wish they could come up with a better solution because even if you don't install on the windows partition itself a format still fucks it all up and by and large they keep save games (and other data you actually want) by default in some clusterfuck of folders...

I do think it is an advanced user option to choose your installation directory though. I'm not really an advanced user either, but in comparison to my parents for example?

yea it pisses me off. i want all my games installed in a /GAMES/ folder not /ea games/ /activision/ /fuck i really need a folder for my companies name on your hard disk/ i like them all in the same place i do it for applications aswell so when i do a clean up of my hardisk i can easily find the folders and files some fucking cunt of a programmer decided to let the installer/uninstaller leave behind! what a CUNT!
