this sucks... |
Try reburning at 2.4x if you still have the image. |
Calibrate the dvd pot. Its hardly ever the disc unless its ridiculously scratched. Most drives tend to read verbatim discs better but in the end the drive pot needs calibration. Your drive should be able to read ALL disc brands without any errors.

Spoiler: | If you are talking about the neverending Bane-boss fights I totally agree. But only two times? That same Bane-style battles were in the game so many times that by the end it fealt like it was a normal fight pretty much. Some henchmen and two crazy bulls charging at you. I also feel like even though it wasn´t that tricky to find out what to do in boss fights, if you died they gave away solution emedietly. Why? |

Spoiler: | You have to kill the guy in the "control tower". There is only one enemy who is not pathing outside. If you take out any of the other thugs, he will pull the level and kill the Arkham employees. . .so you have to sneak up to where he is it. There are two ways: from behind or from above.
Get to the platform that is right below the control tower. There is a guard that should be pathing back and forth on it. No need to take him out, just shimmy on the ledge from one side to the other. Once you do you will see a ladder leading into the control room. You CAN go in that way, and stealth sneak in, but if you time it wrong you will be spotted.
The easier way (which you can miss because of the way the camera system is set up), is to drop down from where you can pull yourself up, and you will have access to a grate that will lead you through a backways so you can drop down behind the controller, without worrying about his partner down below. |

If you do mean the voice of Bender of Futurama, John Di Maggio, he is not in the game

i got a disc error too with poison ivy but earlier in the game, try pressing B a few times to see if you can skip the cut scene before you get a disc error, that's how i got passed it
