Sorry for bumping this ancient thread, but is this retail 2.0 version actually 2.0.0.1 or 2.0.0.0?
Which patch goes before 2.0.02 -> 2.5? Is it 2.0.01 -> 2.0.02 or 1.4.03/2.0 -> 2.0.02?

Don't you have the version number on the launcher? I think you need to apply the 2.0.01->2.0.02 patch and then apply the 2.0.02->2.5 patch,
