Use winrar to unpack, then burn the image with dvd decrypter.

I've tried to use winrar to unpack but this does'nt work. When I right click on the files the only options I get are 'add to archive', 'add to 'filename', 'compress email' and 'compress to 'filename' and email', non of which allow me to extract the image file.

or download winrar last version, open winrar and select the .rar from the game you want to extract.
Other way, while you keep pushed shift, right click on the rar file and select open with and browse for the winrar executable (if you are using Windows XP, no need to push SHIFT)

start>run then type inn "winrar" when the winrar route pops up drag the first of the rar files in the route, then a .iso file should appear and then drag the iso file out of the winrar window and in one folder
