If this is not allowed, mod's please remove it, but i just thought i'd ask, i have a few cd key's that im willing to trade for a counter strike source cd key, again, if this is not allowed, mod's delete it.

I had a steam account with the HL2 orange box package when it came out had all the css stuff and all that jazz, but forgot my details for that steam account lulz...

Yes, but if you buy a compilation pack and it contains some games you already own - you can "gift" it to someone.
When I bought The Orange Box, I had a copy of HL2 left over - so I gifted that to a friend.

wow i just took a shot at guessing it and logged in and there it is not installed ccs hl2 hl2 dm hl2 lost coast lol 
Is it safe to use same steam manager to login with diff account and install ur games from it?

I honestly doubt it, mate. If the games are tied to one account, I don't think it would be wise to try and install them on another one using an external tool.

Im running one steam install, legit, has games on it, you cant merge accounts says steam, but if i log into my other steam account with same steam install software, will that be fine for playing the games on that other account?
p.s i dont use cracked clients/exe whatever on this steam install... if i use a game like dawn of war cracked its used via a sep loader so it dont interfere with my steam.

Yup perfectly fine as you can only play the games tied to the accounts so what ever games one account has but the other does not will just say Pre-installed.

Ohhhh, sorry mate.. I was thinking of something completely different.
As for being able to login on your legit account, install games, then login on a different one and play them; No, you can't. Once you register the games to one account, you can't use them on another (not via Steam in a legit fashion, anyway) -- as when you log in on the different account, all the games will be listed as "Preloaded" and trying to run them will ask you to register/buy/insert CDkey.

I'ma trading my steam account with CS, CS CZ, CSS, Stalker SoC and Team Fortress 2 for a gifted Lead and Gold, or a steam account with Lead and Gold on it ! True story !
