http://aion.glyph.se/ to see when servers are up. All login servers seem to be down, at least for me.

How do I know which servers are European?

I think all the servers are if you have a EU key. No idea if not.

I have EU key, downloaded EU client, but when installed it says it's US client. Even thou I set NCsoft Launcher to Europe etc.
