I completed it on the PS3 a while ago but will still download the PC version only to compare.
That said , i was disappointed with RE 5. It's not a bad game by any means but it's not a survival horror anymore. It's a 3rd person shooter with a few horror elements in between. We are far from the chiilling atmosphere that was present in RE 1 and 2.
It's a decent game but the whole series need to come back to it's roots because i really don;t like the direction they are going in.

really? wtf? we might have filled 3 magazines over the course of the whole game :/
And we did search for stuff like that. If you're certain, we did something wrong i guess
This game really doesnt have any real horror elements anymore, heck we...
 Spoiler: | deliberately opened the cages to those masses of lickers and blew 'em to hell only to find out it wasnt really worth it. Stupid lion-hearts weren't worth enough. |

Hmm I remember having a hefty amount of magnum ammo throughout the game. It wasn't much but definitely not "almost NO ammo". |

Nui: Actually, the Lionhearts sell for 12k each, which is a great farming spot as it's so close to the start of the level.
Kill, Lionhearts, reload, repeat.

One question for the people that already played it on the 360: Does it offer a good enough challenge on the Normal difficulty or is it too easy? Do you recommend upping the difficulty?
Better aiming on the mouse won't be a issue, since I will use the x360 pad for this one.

Normal was a bit too easy for me, but I did farm a lot especially farmlands so my weapons were not weak. And when I couldnt kill a boss (didnt really happen) I just used an RPG since its one shot kill to any boss. But i still recommend that difficulty since those QTE are a bitch on higher difficulties.
Sig too big. -Nothing is too big for Fedor. Expect a nasty armbar.

I read you and it makes sense, but for some reason it wasnt worth it for us, i really dont know why anymore.
But if you all had so much magnum ammo, how easy must the game have been for you?!

I played the 360 version and got annoyed with the controls (I'm getting pretty bad when it comes down to console pads) and also with the friendly AI.
God that bitch is so stupid, that's why I think the game can be a hard sometimes - I'm hoping that Coop will work.

you guys should register on merlins portal, always shows up much faster on there. Downloading a fully upped version from the NZB there now.
